Excellent, well constructed, lightweight unit.
With my wife we are off on a 3 month trip to New Zealand and Canada and I wanted a compact Tripod that would easily fit in our luggage yet be suitable for our larger Lumix Panasonic Camera. We are not going to have the luxury of a Full Sized Tripod. We will have a Monopod. I decided to go for the Joby complete with the Ball Head. Never purchased anything like it before so went for a more expensive one. There are cheaper around. I was very impressed with the quality and the ease of using the interchangeable fitting on the date. We ordered some extra fittings so we can change cameras etc without having to change the fitting from one camera to the other. The who unit is very well made, Lightweight but robust. When used around a pipe or other similar item the Bendy Legs work absolutely fine ... Joby gorilla pod
A few years ago, I bought a cheap rip off of one of these, it was really rigid and didn’t attach to anything in a way that you trusted! The PROPER Gorilla pod is SOOOO much better, it feels like a quality piece of kit, attaches easy to my camera, the legs are easy to move and will cling to almost anything. It’s light and fits perfectly into my camera bag. Brilliant piece of kit that every photographer should have. Great little tripod
Fantastic bit of kit, Really sturdy with my D7000 with 18-55 and 55-200 lens, the ball head is great no slipping feels really secure, nice and easy to remove camera from base plate. Really pleased with my purchase.
